Blogger: Post was not saved due to form errors


Generally what happens is that people save their posts in draft form, usually in a Word document file. When they actually plan for publishing/posting the same, they just open their Word file, copy the text content and paste it in their New Post section. It's here where they encounter the following message: "Post was not saved due to form errors"

Installing Hudson Continuous Integration Tool

Hudson is an open source tool for implementing continuous integration. It’s an alternative to Cruise Control. Though I haven’t worked much on Cruise Control, I found Hudson friendlier than Cruise Control.

In this topic, I will cover the installation part and basic configuration settings in Hudson for a dummy project.The version that I’ll be installing is 1.346. The machine I will be installing Hudson on is WinXP Professional, SP3. I want Hudson to perform code check out, build, and deployment in my Tomcat’s webapps directory. So here we go…

Socket bind failed: [730048] Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted

This problem occurs when a process (program) is using a port and another process (program) tries to use the same, thus causing conflict. Because that specific port is already in use by a program, another program is prevented from using that same port.

In my case, this problem occurred because of Tomcat & Winstone (Hudson).
